While there are many kinds of pizza, there is only one Chicago-style deep dish pizza, and this is a picture of one before me and my family devoured it. I even took some flack for taking too long to get this photo while everyone else was waiting with fork and knife in hand. Whenever I’m back visiting my hometown of Chicago, I usually bring home a frozen Lou Malnotti’s in my suitcase, and in this case, it was also devoured about 3 days after I returned to Seattle. I think I might have a pizza problem. Hi, my name is Kristen, and it’s been 3 whole weeks since my last tasty bite of heaven. Can someone from Chicago mail me a pizza? PLEASE!?
Food for thought,
Kristen
YUM!!!
From one pizzaholic to another – I hope you never find a cure!
I’m a Jersey gal with a penchant for thin crust. I don’t think I could eat more than one slice of this but can down at least half of a thin crust NJ pie.
