On a cold, rainy Sunday in March, my friend Tina and I decided to stop in at the Monkey Bridge Vietnamese restaurant in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. Upon receiving our meals, our moods were instantly elevated. I had the Monkey Bridge special noodle bowl, and Tina had the Vietnamese dumpling soup. Both were delish!
