Kristen Gill is an adventurous lover of life who seeks to explore and share her travel experiences of remote and off-the-beaten-path destinations. She believes in the slow-travel movement, getting to know the locals and their cultures, and believes it to be a life calling. “At age 16 I took my first international flight to Ireland, to compete in the World Championships of Irish Dance. Since then, my adventurous spirit has, along with getting me into a lot of fun and trouble, led me to 74 countries and counting. I’m on my fifth passport and was once proclaimed an honorary French citizen (that’s a story for another blog)!”

You were at WTM? No way. We should have connected! I was there solo all week. How did your meetings go? Anything good for 2015? You there solo too?

Yes! I was there solo as well. Spent time in Ireland after ATWS and then popped over to London to attend WTM (and visit a few friends). I saw you at the AdventureConnect, but they ran over time, and I was left with no time to network afterwards (had a meeting right after). Got a few good meetings/contacts/opportunities out of it, so was worth it. Where are you headed next? Hope to see you before Chile next year!
